Wild Card
Every since I was a little kid I have always talked about traveling. I used to tell my parents that I would one day be Tourists at a certain period of time in my life. And I still plan on doing it. Traveling isn't just going from state to state but country to country. It is an amazing experience to visit different countries, learn new languages, meet different cultures, try new foods and much more.
Traveling of course costs money, planning, and time. It is very important to plan ahead and book ahead. There could always be set back and we don't want that. Now although I have been to New Orleans many times this is where we are going to go today.
New Orleans is a city in Louisiana that lies on the Mississippi River, near the Gulf of Mexico. They nicked named it the "Big Easy," it's known for its round-the-clock nightlife, vibrant live-music and its appealing history of French, and African American cultures. It is known for its Mardi Gras, late-winter carnival costumed parades and street parties.
New Orleans is a popular travel destination, but it remains budget-friendly despite the variety of high dollar activities that the city has become known for. The French Quarter Phantoms have been voted #1 in New Orleans and America's top ten for over 8 years in a row.
Now of course we have to talk about Bourbon Street. For many New Orleans visitors, Bourbon Street embodies the life of a party town. The street is full of neon lights, throbbing with music and decorated by beads and balconies. Bourbon street has become a place for revelry of all sorts. They call it The heart of the French Quarter. And one of the prettiest streets in New Orleans is Esplanade Avenue. It is the most scenic and historic streets in all of New Orleans.
New Orleans also have exclusive hotels so while your enjoying your visit you can also enjoy your place of comfort. Some of their finest hotels are just for $500 a night which is a very reasonable price. They provide free breakfast, cocktails at the bar, in hotel stores, and more.
New Orleans is a great place to visit if you want to experience culture, eat good traditional foods, listen to historical music like jazz, and visit so many outstanding places. New Orleans is the perfect place to vacation in while in Louisiana.
